At our school, our children and their staff talk about being part of the “Family of St. James” and I very much hope that you will have a sense of this, as you explore this site. We are a school that is working hard to make sure that our children feel happy, safe, well cared for and positively valued.

We’ve had a lovely last day of term! The children showed fantastic creativity at home, coming in with some amazing Easter bonnets and beautifully decorated egg scenes. A wonderful way to finish the term together! Wishing everyone a very happy Easter holiday https://t.co/tldnlCYj85
So proud of our Year 6 children for designing and creating their own playgrounds! They showed fantastic creativity and problem-solving, using a wide range of skills to bring their ideas to life. What a brilliant example of learning in action! #LetYourLightShine https://t.co/Xu11H6qqOa

The World Book Day fun continues! ✨ Today our classes swapped around so children could enjoy reading with a reading buddy. It was wonderful to see older children sharing stories with younger children. There was such a lovely buzz around school as the children read together https://t.co/OLXL9jy1VW
Our school is full of book characters today for World Book Day. Alongside the amazing costumes, lots of our children have come dressed as a word, bringing vocabulary to life in such a fun and creative way https://t.co/F8LCbx0i7U
