Playscheme at Oscott Gardens Temporary Accommodation Centre

A playscheme will run at Oscott Gardens Temporary Accommodation Centre on:
22nd & 23rd December, 11:00am – 3:30pm

Please note:

• This site is ONLY open to residents/children living on site.

• There will be NO ACCESS for anyone else.

SEND Places

There will be spaces available at all sites for SEND pupils with mild/moderate needs. For children with complex SEND needs, please visit the Bring it on Brum website for a range of suitable playscheme options:

How to Book

If parents/carers would like to book a place for their child, please complete the online booking form by scanning the QR code on the flyer or using the link below:

Children can attend any of the sites listed.

Cost & Free School Meals (FSM)

• All activities are FREE for children on Free School Meals (FSM), including breakfast and lunch.

• Non-FSM children: £7 per child, per day (including booking fee).

• Please note: All children will need to contribute towards trip costs.

Each school has been allocated a unique voucher code for FSM families. This code must be included on the application form to access a free place at any WOW 2025 Playscheme or Bring it on Brum activity.

Cancellations

If your child can no longer attend their holiday club, please:

• Contact the holiday club provider directly, or

• Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email.

Spaces are limited, and cancelled places will be reallocated to other children who may need them.

Sharing Information

Please print and share the attached flyer with families via newsletters, parent message platforms, or school websites.
Families should be advised that places are not guaranteed and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
